Complete the Care Certificate in your first 6 months, this will ensure that you have been introduced to the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care.
Apprenticeships are aimed at support workers who are looking to upskill and develop to become a Assistant Practitioner or Student Nursing Associate. Learn how to provide and co-ordinate high-quality and compassionate care and achieve a Level 3 or 5 qualification. This can also enable entry into registered practitioner apprenticeships.
There are opportunities to participate in educational study days, leadership and quality improvement. Develop your clinical practice and support with innovative research to help provide the best possible care to our community.
Our Legacy Mentors are experienced Nurses, or staff in other regulated professions, usually in late career, who provide coaching, mentoring and pastoral support.
